AIDock ("we", "our", "us") operates the AIDock website (aidock-beta.vercel.app) and the AIDock Chrome extension. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

2. Data We Collect

Account information: When you sign up, we collect your name, email address, and a hashed password.
Saved tools: URLs, titles, descriptions, and categories of AI tools you choose to save.
Authentication tokens: A JSON Web Token (JWT) stored in your browser's local storage to keep you signed in.

We do not collect browsing history, analytics, personally identifiable information beyond what is listed above, or any data from pages you visit but do not save.

3. How We Use Your Data

To provide and maintain the AIDock service (saving, organizing, and displaying your AI tools).
To authenticate you across the extension and the web dashboard.
To process payments via Razorpay if you upgrade to a Pro plan (payment details are handled entirely by Razorpay; we do not store card information).

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored in a secured database hosted on our server infrastructure. We use HTTPS for all data transmission and JWT-based authentication to protect your account.

5. Third-Party Services

Razorpay: Payment processing. Subject to Razorpay's Privacy Policy.
Vercel: Hosting. Subject to Vercel's Privacy Policy.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal data with third parties, except as required to operate the service (hosting, payments) or to comply with legal obligations.

7. Your Rights

You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us. You can also clear your locally stored authentication token by logging out of the extension.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
